Thank you for shopping at Kids World! We want to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.
📦 Processing Time
All our products are custom-made to order, which means each item is specially created just for you.
- Production Time: 3-7 business days after your order is confirmed
- Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and payment is processed
Please note: Processing time does not include shipping time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Once your order is produced and ready to ship, delivery times vary based on your location:
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
Example: If processing takes 5 days and standard shipping takes 4 days, your order will arrive in approximately 9 business days from order confirmation.
🌍 Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery location
- Order weight and size
- Selected shipping method
Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount during promotional periods.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- Tracking number and carrier information
- A link to track your package in real-time
You can track your order status by visiting the carrier's website with your tracking number.
📮 Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@welcometokidsworld.store. Address changes can only be made before the order ships.
🚫 Delivery Issues
Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Public holidays
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello@welcometokidsworld.store with:
- Your order number
- Photos of any damage (if applicable)
- Description of the issue
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Undelivered Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for costs.
