At Kids World, big smiles come in small packages. If something isn't right, we're here to help resolve it quickly and smoothly.

🕒 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any issues or request a return for eligible items. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

✅ Eligible Returns & Refunds

We offer a free replacement or full refund under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or has a printing issue
  • You received the wrong item or incorrect size
  • Your order was lost in transit

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@welcometokidsworld.store with:

  • A clear photo of the item
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Your order number

❌ Non-Returnable Situations

As all our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Incorrect size, color, or design ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Items sent back without prior approval
  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address
  • Items that show signs of wear or use

📦 Return Process

If your return request is approved, we'll provide step-by-step instructions. Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be in original packaging (if applicable)
  • Include a proof of purchase

Please do not send any items back without receiving return instructions from our team.

📤 Refunds

Once we review your submitted request (including photos and description), we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@welcometokidsworld.store.

⚠️ Important Note for EU Customers

All products in our store are custom-made and printed specifically for each order. As such, under EU consumer protection laws, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to made-to-order or personalized items.
